Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Consulting Services

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable

If Atlantis Research & Materials Testing Ltd cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Custom Projects

For custom research, technical analysis, or tailored services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

• If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative costs
